By accessing this website or booking services with Coco Jourdana LLC (“Company,” “Photographer,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Coco Jourdana LLC provides wedding and photography services as agreed upon in individual client contracts.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to reserve your event date.

Final payment terms will be outlined in your client agreement. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or withholding of final image delivery.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.

If the Client cancels services, all retainers/deposits paid are non-refundable.

In the event of unforeseen emergencies, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when possible, but cannot guarantee availability.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All photographs, images, and content created by Coco Jourdana LLC remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of the Photographer.

Clients receive personal-use rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Images may not be altered, edited, sold, published commercially, or submitted for contests/publication without written permission.

5. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Coco Jourdana LLC reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio display, website content, social media, marketing, publication, studio display, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the event date.

6. Website Content

All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, text, and design elements, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide exceptional service and safely preserve images, Coco Jourdana LLC shall not be held liable for:

- Acts of God
- Venue restrictions
- Weather conditions
- Equipment failure
- Loss caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client under the applicable contract.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

- Obtaining venue permissions
- Ensuring timely cooperation during photography coverage
- Providing accurate event information
- Informing guests of photography coverage when necessary

9. Third-Party Services

This website may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or reliability of those services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
